I Don't Sit Right

This is the second computer chair I've broken. The last one was being used as a leg rest. I kick back in them too much. I guess. I've "fixed" this one with some wire, but it still kinda blows. I need to invest in a chair that is designed to take some lean. I must also point out that my bike seat is also broken. I really don't know how to sit right.
